Effective: August 2026 · Applies to all Aarohi faculty and assistant teachers, online and offline.

1. Parental presence: for students under 12, a parent/guardian must be present or immediately reachable during every class.
2. Recorded classes: all online classes with minors are recorded with consent and retained for 90 days.
3. Communication: teachers never contact minors privately on social media or messaging; all scheduling goes through the parent’s WhatsApp/email.
4. Two-adult rule: any in-person event (recitals, festival) follows a two-adult supervision rule.
5. Conduct: no class proceeds if the child is alone in a private space with camera off; cameras remain on by default.
6. Reporting: concerns go to the designated trustee at aarohiartsassociation@gmail.com (subject “Safeguarding”); acknowledged within 48 hours.
7. Review: policy reviewed annually by the society’s governing body.
